Loyal fans of the actress are demanding that a person who breached a barricade and touched the actress during the recent Wicked: For Good launch be detained or deported from Singapore.

A viral video depicts the individual from Australia shoving aside media personnel and rushing toward Grande while the performers walked down a promenade accompanied by supporters.

Fellow actress Cynthia Erivo quickly guided the stunned actress away from Mr Wen, who was spotted being led away of the event by guards.

Mr Wen posted on Instagram recently that he was "let go after being detained", though official papers showed that he was due to be present on Friday morning. It is not clear if he was charged.

Record of Disruptions

This is not the first time for Mr Wen, who calls himself a "Controversial Figure", has invaded a celebrity gathering. His Instagram profile features videos of him interrupting other celebrity events, including rushing the platform at the pop singer's Sydney performance in June this year and in a comparable manner during The Chainsmokers performance in the city last winter.

"Measures must be taken applied against him as this is evidently a legal violation," commented an Instagram user, in a message to a video Mr Wen uploaded of his act.

"You've done this repeatedly... how are you not behind bars?" a different Instagram user wrote.

Supporters Show Disapproval Over the Star's Past Trauma

Numerous followers criticized Mr Wen for "re-traumatising" Grande, who had spoken of experiencing PTSD after a terrorist explosion at the finale of her 2017 show in Manchester, claiming the lives of 22 people and injuring numerous individuals.

"After everything she's faced... including the Manchester attack, you considered it entertaining to rush the barrier?" commented another comment on Instagram.

Some supporters also faulted guards at the gathering for not being adequately prepared; while different individuals requested digital services to block Mr Wen's videos.

Aftermath and Premiere Information

In footage spreading on the internet, Grande appeared shocked when she was approached by the man. Her co-stars Michelle Yeoh and Erivo can be observed reassuring her while Mr Wen was removed by security.

Grande has not issued a statement on the situation, and the remaining proceedings proceeded as normal.

Hundreds of attendees had assembled in a crowd of green and pink at the Wicked: For Good regional launch in a Singapore mall, including a number who had waited for as long as many hours before it started.

The motion picture, to be launched on November 21, is the second of a two-film version of the acclaimed stage musical Wicked, which revolves around the unexpected friendship between two contrasting sorceresses.

The production itself is a adaptation of the 1900 book The Wonderful Wizard of Oz.

Grande, who acts as the good witch Glinda, was adorned in a light pink glittering gown at the premiere while Erivo, who acts as the Elphaba, wore a black tube gown featuring roses.

They were joined by co-star Jeff Goldblum.

The first movie, Wicked, was the highest-grossing motion picture of the previous year in the UK, and earned ten Oscar nominations, securing two for outstanding attire and set decoration.
