Chiefs Confirm Domestic Violence Claims Connected to Wide Receiver Rashee Rice
The NFL franchise issued a statement on Wednesday evening confirming they have knowledge of domestic violence allegations circulated in online accounts by a former girlfriend of wide receiver the athlete and had been in communication with the NFL.
The team omitted the name of the player specifically in their announcement and noted they would have “nothing more to add at this time”.

Player's Recent Legal Issues

Statistically, Rice concluded the season with 53 catches for 571 receiving yards and five TDs as the Kansas City finished with a losing record and missed the playoffs for the first occasion in a decade.
